We work with some of SA's leading insurance providers to bring you personalised insurance offers based on your credit score. While we're not an insurance provider ourselves, you can always reach out to us [e-mail] or chat to us in-app or on our website.

If you'd prefer to get in touch with the insurance provider directly, we're more than happy to give you their contact details. We can also escalate your query on your behalf.

If you're on a call with your provider and you get disconnected, don’t panic. Pop open your Spot app, tap the Get help and we'll help move mountains to make sure they call you back.
