What if I’m not home on the day the courier comes?

Don't panic. The courier will make a second attempt to deliver your card if you’re not at home the first time around.

Our delivery partner, Pargo, will send you a message the day the courier attempts delivery again.

If you're unable to be there, get in touch with us by hitting Get help button in your Spot app we'll organise another delivery date, no sweat!
