I topped up my account via EFT and I still haven't received my funds. What should I do?

The processing time for your EFT-in transaction is 1-3  business days. If your funds haven't reached your Spot app within 3 days, mail us your bank-issued proof of payment to [e-mail] and we'll follow up.
