What is a “cash-in at till?"

We’ve made life even easier by introducing a first in open banking. The ability to deposit money at a grocery store till point. Yes, you can now top up your Spot app at any Pick ‘n Pay, Pick ‘n Pay Clothing, Pick n Pay Liquor & Boxer Superstore.

 How to deposit?

1. Go to any of the Pick ‘n Pay or Boxer superstore till.
2. Let the cashier know you’re making a cash deposit for Spot Money.
3. Swipe or insert your Spot Money debit card at the point of sale using your Spot card PIN.
4. Hand your cash to the teller. 

That’s it! You’re sorted. Your cash will immediately be added to your Spot Primary Wallet. You don’t have to worry about waiting. Each deposit has a max amount of R5000 at a once-off cost of R19.95.
