I’m having trouble adding money from my RCS card. What now?

Before you can add money to your Spot account, please ensure you have enough credit on your RCS Card. To check your RCS credit balance, dial *120*727*card number*# (use your 19-digit card number) on your mobile phone, at a cost of 20c per enquiry.
